Session Options
One provider. Multiple ways to move forward.
No two sessions look the same because no two days feel the same. Pick the session that fits your time and your goals. Dr. Alex builds the rest around you.
Techniques & Tools
Tools That Treat. Hands That Know.
Every tool in the Spine House toolkit serves a purpose, and none of them are used out of habit. Dr. Alex selects and sequences techniques in real time based on what your body needs, blending clinical precision with years of hands-on experience.

1
We listen first
Every session starts with a real conversation and a hands-on assessment. Not a clipboard. Not a script. We want to know what you are feeling, what changed since your last visit, and where your body is at today.
2
Build in real time
There are no preset templates here. Based on what your body shows us that day, we select the techniques, exercises, and strategies that will have the most impact. Every session is different because every day is different.
3
Treat and teach
You will get focused, hands-on work. But you will also walk away with knowledge, movement strategies, and tools you can use between visits. The goal is to make you better at taking care of yourself.
4
Guided next steps
You will leave with a clear direction. No confusion. No pressure. If you are good, we will tell you. If there is more work to do, we will lay out the plan. Honest feedback, always.

FAQs
How long does a session take?
It depends on the type of session you book, but visits range from 15 to 50 minutes based on your needs.
Do you only work with athletes?
Not at all, we treat anyone who moves, lifts, stands, sits, or feels pain. That includes athletes, yes, but also hairstylists, nurses, and the everyday person.
Will I get adjusted every visit?
Not necessarily. Adjustments are used when they’re needed, not out of habit. We tailor treatment based on what your body needs that day.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear something comfortable that lets you move, athletic wear is great. No jeans, dresses, or restrictive clothing is preferred.
Do you take FSA & HSA or insurance?
We don’t bill insurance, but HSA and FSA cards are accepted. And no medical referral is needed, you can book directly anytime.
