The Story
From the weight room to the treatment room.

Dr. Alex did not take the typical path to chiropractic care. He was not sitting in a pre-med lecture when he decided this was his calling. He was in a gym.
Raised by parents who prioritized health and fitness, Alex was drawn to the world of strength and movement from a young age. By 18, he had earned his personal training certification, spending every weekend of his last year of high school in an intensive, hands-on training program. He put himself through college as a full-time personal trainer, earning an exercise science degree and stacking certifications in athletic performance, postpartum care, and professional weightlifting along the way.
After college, he returned to the gym where he had grown up training and quickly became one of their top coaches. But something was missing. He loved helping people get stronger, but he wanted to go deeper. He wanted to work with his hands. He wanted to understand pain, not just performance.
Physical therapy seemed like the logical step, but the clinical environments he shadowed felt cold and impersonal. Then someone suggested chiropractic. His first exposure was underwhelming — the kind of care most people picture when they think of a chiropractor: high volume, five minutes on the table, come back in three days.
But he kept looking. And eventually he found practitioners who treated the way he believed care should work: one-on-one, thoughtful, patient-centered, and focused on the whole person. He saw patients walking out of those offices lighter, stronger, and genuinely happy. That was the moment it clicked.
At 23, Alex went back to school. He spent the next several years studying 10 to 12 hours a day, completing his doctorate in chiropractic while continuing to train clients on the side. When he graduated, he made a decision that most new chiropractors would not: he opened his own practice from scratch.
The Why
Because he refused to practice someone else's version of care.
Working under other providers taught Alex one thing clearly: the standard model was broken. Double-booked schedules. Insurance-driven treatment limitations. Five-minute adjustments and a pat on the back. He watched patients leave offices without real answers, real improvement, or any sense that their provider actually knew them.
Spine House was built to be the opposite of that. A place where every patient gets the full attention of their provider. Where sessions are never rushed. Where treatment is not dictated by billing codes or insurance policies, but by what the body in front of him actually needs.
The name itself tells the story. The spine is Alex. The house is the practice he built. Together, they represent a business constructed from nothing into something deeply personal, clinical, and intentional.
